Kim has over 25 years experience in the landscaping industry. She currently oversees the execution of all payroll functions, certified payroll and tax reporting, maintenance of all personnel records, the company health plan(s) and accounts payable.
Dan has nearly 30 years experience in the landscape maintenance and construction industry, with 17 years field and supervisory experience. He utilizes his expertise to manage our vehicles, equipment, tools, materials and mechanic staff.
Kyle is a graduate of Washington State University, where he obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Relations and Organizational Management. He has held multiple positions in his 15+ years at SS Landscaping learning full cycle landscaping. Kyle is carrying the family tradition forward promoting the companies health in all aspects and continued growth.
Commercial Construction
Josue Ramirez brings has extensive experience in the landscape construction industry, making him suited to his role as Construction Superintendent, including the past nine years with SS Landscaping. Throughout his career, Josue has held construction positions with several large landscape contractors, giving him broad industry knowledge and expertise across a wide range of project types. His extensive field experience and hands-on leadership enable him to effectively oversee construction operations, monitor production, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Jeff Large brings more than 20 years of landscape construction experience to his role as Construction Superintendent, including 15 years with SS Landscaping. His extensive industry knowledge and hands-on leadership enable him to effectively oversee field operations, monitor production, and ensure construction projects meet the company's high standards for quality and performance.
Travis brings over a decade of estimating experience to SS Landscaping, built on a lifelong foundation in construction.
After earning his degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Bates College, he refined his skills across multiple sectors, including general contracting, countertops, and site development.
Joanny has 15+ years of experience keeping projects, people, and paperwork in line (usually all at once). With a strong background in construction coordination and admin support she's passionate about clear communication, organized chaos and strong coffee.
Tony has spent his career working in Horticulture. Installations include: high profile commercial, residential, multi-story, state and local government projects. Tony enjoys building strong and capable teams as well as creating partnership with owners, architects, general contractors and vendors.
Josh has 25+ years in the construction industry. He has managed a wide range of commercial and residential projects as well as wetland mitigation and stream rehabilitation. Josh’s background includes managing complex multi-year projects, Landscape Design, and being a Technical Instructor in the Landscape Horticulture Program at South Seattle Community College.
Cain has worked 10 years in the construction industry, with a background landscape supply chain management. He supports the construction teams by providing administrative support, documentation and purchasing.
Kent has been trained as a landscape/irrigation estimator by our team for the past 10 years. He has assisted in the development of new methods of estimating, implementing the utilization of digital tools. Kent bids all phases of new construction.
Peter has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Landscape Architecture at the University of Washington and has over 21 years experience with the company, including 5 years field experience. He is responsible for all phases of estimating and landscape design for commercial projects.
SERVICE
Cameron is an experienced landscape professional with over 12 years in commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, and operations management. Progressed from Landscape Technician to Crew Leader, Landscape Supervisor, and ultimately Account Manager, overseeing multiple crews, large commercial properties, client relationships, scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.
Josh Winski has been a dedicated member of the SS Landscaping team since 2008, building his career through a variety of roles including Laborer, Construction Foreman, Irrigation Technician, , and now Enhancements Manager. His progression through the organization has provided him with extensive hands-on experience in landscape construction, irrigation systems, and property improvement projects. Drawing on nearly two decades of field and leadership experience, Josh works closely with clients and crews to deliver high-quality enhancement projects that improve the beauty, functionality, and long-term value of the properties we serve.
Michael Austin has been a valued member of the SS Landscaping team since 2018 and has served as an Account Manager for the past three years. Drawing on his extensive experience with the company, Michael has a client-focused approach to ensure the properties he manages consistently meet high standards of quality and appearance. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to building lasting client relationships make him a trusted partner for property managers, HOA boards, and commercial clients alike.
Jacob Crask recently stepped into the role of Account Manager after advancing through the ranks at SS Landscaping, bringing years of hands-on field experience to the position. His practical knowledge of operations, quality standards, and field execution allows him to identify property needs with precision and communicate effective methods clearly to his crews. Jacob’s progression within the company reflects his leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional service for clients.
Roxanne brings over 12 years of experience in building property and brand partnerships. She is passionate about relationship building, fostering meaningful collaborations that drive growth and success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Roberto was promoted from the field, taking his years of knowledge and eye for quality and employing them on our service properties. Roberto’s managed properties exhibit his talent for exceptional landscaping services.
Luis brings youth and excitement to our Maintenance team. Luis has years of field experience, strengthening his ability to provide practical expertise and solutions. His properties exemplify his eye for detail and care for his customers and the landscaping industry.
Michael comes to SS Landscaping from a corporate brand with a sales management background. He has 2 children and a passion for industry growth.
Anthony’s 6 years of field experience refined his practical landscape service skills. He uses his knowledge to train and review our service crew’s top quality products.

His deep industry knowledge and local market understanding provide valuable insight into each property’s unique needs, enabling him to effectively recommend, coordinate, and execute a wide range of landscape services. He is recognized for translating experience into proactive solutions that deliver quality and value to clients.
Jeremiah is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience, combining hands-on field expertise with strong management skills. Having started his career on the ground, Jeremiah has a deep understanding of horticulture and landscaping techniques. Jeremiah understand the customer’s needs and the practicality of performance, making him an expert in and out fo the field.
